This interactive demonstration-style class will feature Allison Berneking, M.S., PA-C and Nutrition Health Coach as we share and discuss how to enjoy a plant-based lifestyle with seasonal ingredients! This event is for vegans and vegetarians as well as our meat-loving friends looking to incorporate more fresh foods into their meals. Chef Michael will prepare a four-course meal with no meat substitutes or processed foods, but based entirely around what nature seasonally provides. As always we source locally when possible and use only the freshest ingredients as we bridge culinary excellence with health and well-being. The evening is BYO with complimentary wine available.
