Chef Michael began his culinary training over 25 years ago studying under master saucier of France Georges Perrier. He then built his solid culinary experience at some of Philadelphia's finest French restaurants. Join us for a hands-on class as Chef Michael brings you up close with all things French cuisine. BYO and complimentary French wine available.
